Easy Gluten-Free Chocolate Torte

Craving chocolate but trying to stay healthy? This 3-ingredient torte is about to become your favorite dessert! Nourishing, easy, and delicious without the sugar crash. Plus it’s gluten and dairy-free - just real, whole ingredients.

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pears

  • 250 g chocolate chips (e.g. Hu or Enjoy Life)

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

  • (optional) Cacao for dusting


Directions:

  1. Peel and chop pears.

  2. Boil for 10 minutes then drain.

  3. Melt the chocolate then blend chocolate and pears in a blender until smoothie.

  4. Line a 6" baking tin with parchment paper and pour in chocolate mixture. Add peanut butter and gently swirl it throughout the cake mixture.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from baking tin, use a sifter to dust with cacao, then slice and serve!
