They want one person who reads their full case, builds a plan around what’s actually happening, and is there when life shifts. That is what Evergreen does.
Every Evergreen plan is calibrated to the GreenMind Standard, our optimal wellness benchmark. Instead of asking whether your labs fall inside the population average, we ask whether your body is functioning the way you want to feel. That is a different question, and it leads to a different plan.

Evergreen is ongoing personalized clinical support for clients who know something is off but don’t need a multi-system investigation right now. They want one expert to read their full case and connect the dots over time. If you’re unsure which fits, your strategy call is where we figure it out together.

Evergreen clients work with Stevi or Morgan as their primary clinician. Both are licensed dietitian nutritionists with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health. We match you based on your case, your availability, and what you’re navigating. You’ll know who your clinician is before you enroll.

Lab orders and analysis are included as part of your membership. Lab fees themselves are billed separately, since they vary based on what we order and your insurance coverage. We work with Labcorp for standard panels and specialty functional labs (GI-MAP, DUTCH, etc.) when clinically indicated.

You can message your clinician through your client portal between visits. Voice or text. We respond within one business day, often the same day. This is one of the most-used parts of the membership: ask a question when it comes up, troubleshoot a supplement, share a symptom, get a quick check-in. You don’t have to wait until your next visit.

No. Evergreen runs virtually. We have clients across Virginia and the rest of the United States. Local Richmond clients have the option of in-person Styku body composition scans (two per year, complimentary).

Yes. Evergreen is often used for family health director situations: a parent navigating their own health while also supporting a child or teen. Each family member has their own visits and their own care plan. Pediatric and teen support is a real strength of our practice.
