Help you uncover the real drivers of your blood sugar, gut health, and mental wellness issues.  We will select the best labs for your specific health needs - including comprehensive blood work, gut microbiome analysis, hormone testing, genetics, mold testing, and heavy metals & minerals analysis.

The client who is sick of waiting and inaction is not an option.  We test immediately to pinpoint issues quickly with real-time data and ANSWERS.  Then we create a comprehensive supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle plan AND support you through implementation.

  • This 6-month package costs $3900, which can be paid in 6 monthly payments of $700 or $3900 upfront. This is our most comprehensive one-on-one package, and within it you’ll receive:

    • Lab testing included: gut, hormone, nutrient level, genetics & more - determined at program start depending on what you need

    • Unlimited direct voice and text messaging

    • In-depth dietary support and analysis

    • Customized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocols as well as accountability to help you implement change

Optimal Health Program

Available with Stevi or Dinah

Clients begin their journey by enrolling in our Optimal Health Program. In addition to scheduled in-person consultations, this program provides continuous access to personalized nutrition services between appointments via check-ins and unlimited messaging through our client portal. Providing continued accountability significantly increases the probability of success and follow-through of goals.

  • Membership for the first month is $450 and includes the initial consult, a comprehensive personal and medical history discussion. We review dietary habits, nutrient intake, prior laboratory results, family history, lifestyle, and current symptomology to create a wellness roadmap uniquely tailored to you.

    In addition, we meet a second time during the first month to review initial goals and make modifications where appropriate.

    Membership for each month thereafter is $175/month.

    Following the first month, we encourage clients to meet monthly for continued progress toward their wellness goals.

    At the end of our consultations, each client has at least three goals, each with specific, simple action items that are easy to implement into everyday life. Symptom severity is numerically tracked from meeting to meeting, offering clients a tangible measurement of progress over time.

    Other services for our members include personalized supplement plans with 15% off pharmaceutical-grade supplements, dietary meal plans with grocery shopping lists, and Labcorp and Functional Test lab orders and analysis.

Optimal Health Maintenance Program

Available with Stevi or Dinah

Our Maintenance Program is a quarterly or semi-annual plan for our clients to transition to once they have completed their primary wellness goals. This program provides continued access to our support for clients to stay on top of their health. We review labs, tweak supplement and nutrition routines, and help our clients remain proactive with their overall health.
