Pumpkin Maca Smoothie
This cozy fall smoothie blends creamy pumpkin, warming spices, and hormone-supportive nutrients into one easy, functional breakfast. Designed to nourish your gut, balance your energy, and keep you satisfied through busy mornings — all while tasting like pumpkin pie in a glass.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin spice almond milk (MALK Organics or Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Creamer — adjust flavor by reducing almond milk as needed)
1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
½ cup frozen cauliflower
¼ cup pureed pumpkin
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 scoops (≈20 g) vanilla protein or collagen powder (Be Well by Kelly or Ballerina Farms)
1 tbsp maca powder
Optional: hemp seeds and ground cinnamon
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting liquid for desired consistency.
