Raspberry Chia Pudding
An easy, high-protein breakfast made with simple ingredients. Naturally sweet, nutrient-dense, and perfect for your weekly healthy meal prep. Tip: prep numerous jars at once to have on hand all week long!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
1/2 Cup almond milk
2 Scoops (~20g) collagen powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Sliced almonds or 1 tbsp almond butter for topping
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except almonds) to a glass mason jar and shake well to combine.
Refrigerate overnight, then top with almonds/almond butter and additional berries!
