Raspberry Chia Pudding

An easy, high-protein breakfast made with simple ingredients. Naturally sweet, nutrient-dense, and perfect for your weekly healthy meal prep. Tip: prep numerous jars at once to have on hand all week long!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 Cup almond milk

  • 2 Scoops (~20g) collagen powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • Sliced almonds or 1 tbsp almond butter for topping


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except almonds) to a glass mason jar and shake well to combine.

  2. Refrigerate overnight, then top with almonds/almond butter and additional berries!
